Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to Journal of Management and Business will undergo a rigorous peer review process to ensure the quality and originality of the published articles. The review process is conducted as follows:

  1. Initial Screening

    • The editorial team evaluates each submitted manuscript to ensure conformity with the journal’s scope, author guidelines, and formatting requirements.

    • Manuscripts that do not meet basic criteria may be returned to authors without external review.

  2. Plagiarism Check

    • All manuscripts are checked using plagiarism detection software prior to review.

    • Submissions with high similarity will be rejected immediately.

  3. Double-Blind Peer Review

    • The journal applies a double-blind review system: both reviewers and authors remain anonymous during the review process.

    • Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field.

  4. Review Criteria
Reviewers will assess the manuscript based on:

    • Originality and contribution to the field

    • Relevance to the journal’s scope

    • Theoretical and methodological rigor

    • Clarity of presentation and writing quality

    • Accuracy and relevance of references

  5. Editorial Decision

    • Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the editor will decide whether the manuscript is:

      • Accepted without revision

      • Accepted with minor/major revisions

      • Rejected

    • Authors will be informed of the decision along with reviewers’ comments.

  6. Revision Process

    • Authors are required to revise the manuscript according to reviewers’ comments.

    • Revised manuscripts should be resubmitted within the given timeframe.

    • Editors may send the revised version back to reviewers if necessary.

  7. Final Acceptance and Publication

    • Once accepted, the manuscript will proceed to copyediting, layout editing, and proofreading before final publication in the scheduled issue.
