Author Guidelines

Submission Requirements

Authors wishing to submit to this journal must adhere to the following submission guidelines:

  1. Originality: The article must be original and unpublished. It should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  2. Manuscript Types: The journal accepts a variety of article types, including:

    • Research articles

    • Review articles

    • Short communications

    • Case studies

    • Methodology papers

    • Opinion and perspective articles

  3. Language: All manuscripts must be written in English. Non-native English-speaking authors are encouraged to have their manuscripts proofread by a professional before submission.

Formatting Guidelines

To ensure a smooth review and publication process, authors must follow these formatting instructions:

  1. Document Format:

    • Manuscripts should be submitted in Word (.doc or .docx) format or LaTeX.

    • The manuscript must be typed in 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins on all sides.

  2. Title Page:

    • The title of the manuscript should be concise, clear, and informative.

    • Include the names of all authors, their affiliations, and corresponding author details (email address, phone number).

    • Provide a brief abstract (150-250 words) that summarizes the objectives, methodology, findings, and conclusions of the paper.

    • Include up to 5 keywords that describe the main topics of the manuscript.

  3. Main Text:

    • The introduction should state the research problem, objectives, and background of the study.

    • The methodology section should be detailed enough to allow replication of the study, including sampling methods, data collection, and analysis procedures.

    • The results section should present findings clearly, with tables, charts, and figures used as appropriate.

    • The discussion should interpret the results in the context of existing research, address limitations, and suggest directions for future research.

    • The conclusion should summarize the key findings and their implications.

  4. References:

    • References should follow the APA 7th edition citation style.

    • All references must be cited in the text and listed alphabetically at the end of the manuscript.

    • Ensure that the references are accurate, complete, and formatted according to the guidelines.

  5. Figures and Tables:

    • All figures and tables should be numbered consecutively and cited in the text.

    • Each figure and table should have a clear and concise title.

    • Figures and tables should be submitted separately (not embedded within the manuscript) in high-resolution formats (JPG, PNG, TIFF, or PDF).

  6. Ethical Considerations:

    • Authors must ensure that their research complies with ethical standards, including obtaining informed consent for human or animal studies.

    • Plagiarism will not be tolerated, and all submissions will be checked for originality using plagiarism detection tools.

Peer Review Process

This journal follows a double-blind peer review process:

  • All submitted manuscripts are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.

  • The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process.

  • Authors will be notified of the decision (acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection) within a reasonable timeframe.

  • In the case of a revision, authors are required to address the reviewers' comments in a point-by-point manner.

Submission Process

  1. Registration: Authors must register on the journal’s website to submit their manuscript.

  2. Manuscript Submission: Manuscripts should be submitted electronically via the journal’s online submission system.

  3. Cover Letter: Authors must submit a cover letter explaining the significance of their work and why it is suitable for the journal.

  4. Revision Process: If revisions are requested, authors must submit the revised manuscript within the given deadline.

Publication Ethics

  • Authorship: All individuals who have made significant contributions to the manuscript should be listed as authors. All authors must approve the final version of the manuscript before submission.

  • Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest related to the research.

  • Data Availability: Authors are encouraged to make their data publicly available (if applicable), and provide links to data repositories where the data can be accessed.

All published articles are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright over their work, but by submitting to the journal, they grant permission for the article to be published under this open-access license.
